Bread and bread products in general – a vital force. Bread can still be considered as one of our most important food staples. Ingredients such as vitamin B1 and B6, biotin or pantothenic acid contribute to a balanced diet. Many consumers are no longer aware of this fact.
Besides the craftsmanship, good bread represents the knowledge about the ingredients, how they interact and where they come from. Our responsibility for our region is just as important as the clarification of the supply chain. The idea of “Bread from another perspective” proposes to consider bread from a completely different angle. The clear, contemporary design of the Gruber bakery which is consistently displayed from the Logo to the website and also to the packaging and entirely designed by Aberjung, visually underlines the slogan, so that the future of bread will be re-evaluated.
